TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancelling an appointment must be done at least 24 hours before or you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
no shows will also be charged 100% of the treatment price. you will not be able make any future bookings until this fee is paid.
LATENESS
Please arrive on time. lateness will result in time coming off your appointment and the potential of it being cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds. I will always take into consideration if a client is not satisfied. If you have any issues/queries I must be made aware within 24 hours.
LASH EXTENSIONS - INFILLS
You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for an infill. anything less will be charged as a full set.
Please also come to your appointment with clean lashes with no mascara or makeup on them. I will refuse to infill clients lashes if I feel they are not being looked after.
SPMU BROWS
All forms sent to you must be completed and signed prior to your appointment for treatment to go ahead on the day.
CHILDREN
Unfortunately due to the nature of certain treatments and the salon environment I cannot allow clients to bring their children to appointments.
ACADEMY / COURSE POLICIES
All training courses require a £100 deposit for your slot to be secured with the remaining balance to be paid 24 hours before your course date. All course dates and deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
